What does a veterinary technician do in the home?

I provide routine technician care and help carry out veterinarian-prescribed treatment plans in your pet’s familiar environment.

Are you a veterinarian?

No. I am a veterinary technician and do not replace your pet’s veterinarian.

Can you diagnose my pet?

No. Diagnosis must come from a licensed veterinarian.

Can you prescribe medication?

No. Medications must be prescribed by a licensed veterinarian.

Do medical services require veterinary authorization?

Yes. Medical services are performed only with direction or authorization from a licensed veterinarian.

What pets do you see?

Dogs and cats are most common. Please contact me about other companion animals and their specific needs.

What areas do you serve?

Much of Bristol, Plymouth, and Norfolk counties in Massachusetts, with Easton as the central service-area reference.

How do I book?

Use the online booking option or text/call 781-267-9753.

How do arrival windows work?

Appointments use a two-hour arrival window. An ETA update is sent by text to the primary mobile number.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash, major credit/debit cards, and PayPal are accepted. Digital receipts are available.

What happens if my pet becomes aggressive or too stressed?

Safety and wellbeing come first. Care may be paused, an emergency contact may be called, or veterinary/boarding support may be recommended at the owner’s expense.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 72 hours before the first scheduled visit to avoid a cancellation fee. Exceptions may be made for severe weather, a death in the family, or a medical emergency.
